Challenges:
Demolition of the existing warehouse building, which included an asbestos component.
Very confined site, with roads immediately boarding three side of the site, one of which being SH1.
Success:
Completed on time for the landlord and tenants.

Robinson Construction Ltd coordinated the design and consenting for the project, then delivered the completed turnkey building.
Robinson Construction completed the traditional Concrete, Carpentry and Finishing trades. Subcontractors were engaged for Structural Steel, Roofing, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Fire Services, Joinery, Painting and Site works trades.
