Challenges:
Working around the live services and daily operation of a dog food factory, on a confined construction site.
Success:
Completing stage one on time and to budget. The client was very happy with the result and continued with stage two of the project straight away.
Proportion of Resources:
Robinson Construction delivered the Overall Project Management, and the traditional Concrete, Carpentry and Finishing trades.
Using subcontractors for Structural Steel, Precast, Roofing, Polystyrene Panel, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical Services and Painting.
