Significant Stats:
Single storey retail and trade stores, with mezzanine offices, and outdoor nursery / landscape retail area. Concrete floor with exterior wall construction being a mix of precast concrete panels and corrugated iron, with structural steel and corrugated iron roof. The nursery area comprised specialised security fencing imported from Australia.

Challenges:
This was the biggest floor that Robinson Construction had done at the time, and being a burnished concrete finish, the end result had to be to a very high standard. The pours were done over four days, with 52 concrete truck deliveries on each of those days.
Success:
The floor finish was completed successfully to the high quality that was required, and the store was handed over on time and to budget.

Robinson Construction delivered the Overall Project Management and the traditional Concrete, Carpentry and Finishing trades.
Using subcontractors for Structural Steel, Roofing, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Fire Services, Joinery, Painting and landscaping.
