Constructing a brand new winery from scratch gave Spy Valley Wines the chance to incorporate innovative design features that enhanced the natural landscape.  Cedar panelling, coloured and polished concrete floors and massive timber beams highlight the administration block and cellar door against the functionality of the modern winery.

Building Detail:	Main winery is concrete floor, poly panel walls and roof.  The cellar door is two storey, timber framed with cedar and titan board cladding.
Challenges:	A large project, but all went as expected.
