Being the second time that Robinson Construction have built a winery for this winemaker, we knew that it would be full of innovative design ideas and construction techniques. Stage one of the project was constructed entirely underground and consists of tunnel walkways for all the pipework services.
Stage two being the main winery building, started in mid 2009 and had to be operational on time so that the first vintage could take place in March 2010. Vintage went well, and the building work continued afterwards to finalise stage two.
