Commissioned and owned by the Marlborough District Council, the new Kathmandu building in the Blenheim CBD was custom built to Kathmandu's specifications.  The Blenheim store was the first to be fitted out with Kathmandu's new interior layout.

Size of Building:	Single storey, tilt panel construction with structural steel roof construction.
Challenges:	Being on a busy street in the CBD, lifting panels into place had to be timed around traffic and the general public, so was done before 7am.  The site was also very tight, being between two existing buildings.
