Custom built, Nelson's new ACC offices on a busy city centre corner incorporate a ground floor carpark and first floor offices.

Building Detail:	Two storey, concrete post and beam superstructure with a suspended concrete floor, architectural glazing and alucabond cladding to the parapet.  Car park to ground floor and office space on first floor.
Challenges:	The building was constructed during one of Nelson's wettest winters, which caused several delays, but was still completed to programme.
