The Brancott Estate Heritage Centre is located at Montana's Brancott Vineyard, overlooking the site of the annual Marlborough Wine Festival. 

Being constructed within a very small area along a hill ridgeline, the project had limited access as well as a tight timeframe for completion.  The Centre will be operational by August 2011.

Started in late 2010

February 2011 - Excavation complete and foundation precast panels put in place.

March 2011 - The first concrete pour on the floor was done, and we were on track with the construction programme timeline.  Waterproof tanking was being done to the exterior of the concrete panels due to them being under ground level at completion.

May 2011 - Over half way through the build.  The torch-on membrane roof was near completion, windows being installed, and the landscaping earthworks underway.

July 2011 - The roof was finished, windows in, ceiling and wall linings installed and gib stopping done.  Exterior hard landscaping was started.
